Meet Alex

A Naples, FL native, head trainer Alexandra Varveris' equestrian journey commenced at an early age, with a start in the Saddleseat discipline. Emphasizing the pivotal role of rider balance and proper horse communication, Ms. Varveris credits her early instruction for setting her up for long-term success in her riding career.

Alex's commitment to continuous learning was evident from the start, as she seized every opportunity to enhance or skills, drawing insights from diverse experiences and incorporating them into her "toolkit". Early on, she honed her expertise through catch riding various horses, all at differing stages in their training. This invaluable exposure provided profound lessons in horsemanship, starts and restarts, and working with the green horse. 

 

Following her graduation from the University of Central Florida, Alex sought to further her equine education by working under an array of trainers. It was through these experiences that she deepened her understanding of the intricacies within the equine industry.

Today, Alex's passion is ignited by working with young horses and with riders committed to their own equine story. She finds fulfillment in helping her clients cultivate confidence and witness the true joy in the sport. Her mission extends to assisting riders of all levels, whether guiding beginners through the nuances of posting for the first time, or supporting seasoned competitors chasing year-end awards.
